The Pace PPS-400 PRC Process Control System is a specialized solder thermal management center designed for precision soldering and rework applications.  This unit powers up fine, the pump comes on with the PIK and Paste switch, and the Set button allows adjustment of temperature.  Display returns to E-1, which is most likely because there are no attachments.
