Shipping policy

Inventory

All items listed on the Old Skool Surplus website should be in stock at our location in Waco, Texas.  Inventory is available to ship same day on orders placed by 1pm CST.  Inventory quanties on the website should be accurate, but there is a possibility of an inventory mis-count, or the items may have sold just before an order is placed.  We strive to maintain an accurate inventory count.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx and LTL freight carriers for larger items.  You will receive a tracking number for your shipment after the order has been processed in our system.  

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  In general, items under 20 lbs cost $9.00 for ground shipments.  

Items Lost or Damaged in Shipment

If your shipment has been damaged or lost by the carrier, please contact us at oss@caldwellmotors.com.  We will investigate the case and offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.  Many of the items we sell are unique and replacements are often not availlable, and thus a refund is the only option.
