The Keystone EPI-91 is a 1/4 Turn actuator powered by a 110 VAC solenoid.  It delivers 9100 in-lb of torque and has a manual handle override. 

This unit has been tested by our techs and is certified good.  The aluminum frame has been sawed open where the original conduit wires entered...see photos.
